Quality product returns

For returns of qualified products, we only refund the cost of the products. Shipping charges are not refundable. The same applies to partial returns of quality goods. shipping charges will also not be refunded.

You can return the product or the entire order if it meets the requirements below:

  • And you have kept the product(s) and its packaging in their original condition
  • Confirmation of your ID and the fact of the purchase and its terms (item or cash receipt)

Return of defective goods

You can return faulty products for a full refund of both the order price and shipping costs. Shipping costs are not reimbursed for partial returns.

We consider the product defective if it meets one of the following conditions: incorrect packaging, color, style, quality, size. Differences in layout and design elements will not be considered as indicative of a defective product.

Refunds are made within 5 working days of receiving the returned item, you will receive an email notification. If the refund is made to a bank account, the refund period may be extended depending on the bank’s payment processing conditions, please contact your bank for details.
